Conjugated Linoleic Acid For Weight Loss

Conjugated Linoleic Acid is naturally derived from dairy food as well as beef and other red meat. According to studies, our metabolism will not function efficiently without CLA in our diet because we need CLA to help glucose be converted into muscle cells more effectively.

Without enough CLA, all our dietary fat will be stored in our belly, thighs and arms. Conjugated Linoleic Acid also helps fats penetrate the cell membranes of muscle and connective tissue to be burned and become energy.

So the thing is, we should not totally eliminate eating red meat and dairy products in our diet because the absence of CLA will make our weight lose regimen useless.  We should sensibly eat these foods to optimize our metabolism.

But there are also some supplements containing CLA or Conjugated Linoleic Acid that can aid in losing weights. However, nothing beats Conjugated Linoleic Acid from natural sources, so it is still best to eat CLA rich food while taking CLA supplements.
